Customer Policies

Clear Terms for Bookings, Orders & Support

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Driven Foodie Tours, LLC is committed to transparent customer service for food experiences, service bookings, and eligible product orders.

  • Tour or event cancellations: Customers may cancel at least 7 calendar days before a scheduled experience for a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours to 6 days before the scheduled experience may be eligible for a 50% refund or one reschedule, subject to availability.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled experience may be non-refundable because vendor, staffing, and food preparation costs may already be committed.
  • Food product issues: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can review a replacement, credit, or refund.
  • Billing inquiries: Send billing questions in writing to elizabeth@drivenfoodie.com within 14 days of the transaction.

  1. Acceptance: By requesting services, booking an experience, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.
  2. Scope of work: Services are limited to the booking, order, or written agreement confirmed by Driven Foodie Tours, LLC.
  3. Payments: Payments may be processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. Customers should provide accurate billing and contact information.
  4. Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for communicating allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and schedule changes before service delivery.
  5. Service availability: Experiences, products, and vendor availability may vary by date, location, season, and group requirements.
  6. Limitation of liability: We provide professional coordination and food-service support, but outcomes may be affected by vendor availability, weather, transportation, customer preferences, and third-party delays.
